House of Prime Rib has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid.  You can’t get more simple than the menu at the House of Prime Rib.  Pick your cut and your done.  The best part is when they roll the meat zeppelin next to your table and cut your piece of meat right in front of you.  Yum!!!  🙂

When I was working in Missouri for three months Moe’s Pasta Bowl was a great little hole in the wall Italian restaurant that we ate at a lot.  In fact we ate there so much that the owner made specials just for us and would often give us some of his home made tiramisu.  His goal was to create an Italian version of Chipotle.

Use to eat at Claim Jumper once a week, since it was just down the street from where I was staying when I was working in Arizona.  HUGE portions, but pretty good food for a chain restaurant.

Gilbert | Texas Road House

Texas Road House is a restaurant chain, but it’s really good food and a fun atmosphere.  Have been to locations in Arizona, as well as Missouri, and have never been disappointed.  Really enjoy their ribs.

Denver | Beau Jo’s Pizzeria

Had pizza at Beau Jo’s many years ago while driving out to Colorado from California.  First time ever saw squeeze bottles full of honey at a pizza joint, but it’s really a good idea.  Just add a little bit of honey on your crust end and it’s like a desert. 🙂
