This is one of the easiest appetizer to make, and the best thing is you can make it the day before.
Ingredients
1 can crab, drained
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. Knox gelatin, dissolved in tbsp. cold water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped fine celery
2 green onions, chopped fine
Preparation
- Heat soup – add Knox gelatin – cool.
- Beat cream cheese and add 1 cup mayonnaise.
- Last – add celery, green onions and crab.
- Pour in mold – set overnight.
